With respect to such, the operators restrict their activities to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of the content supplied by third-party users. All areas of the website that contain user contributed content are under the control of the associated user. Consequently, the operators and owners of the website are free from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as laid out in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4).
